Sometimes you might require a service that we do not offer on the website. The main part of the website only caters for standard pricing. Once you have spoken to or emailed our sales team and discussed your requirements we can work out a price for any additional work. To pay for the additional work please use the section immediately below here. We have spent hundreds of hours working on our website to make sure it works properly and that it contains a wide selection of canvas products. Despite that, we know errors creep in. If you have found an error on the site, or you think the site should do something that it currently doesn't or there is something you need that we don't have, please use the contact section at the top of this page. We're always happy to hear from our customers.Top of Page What Delivery Options are there?
All items are sent using FedEx next day service. They do not deliver at weekends so anything despatched on a Friday will be delivered on the Monday. For mainland Uk destinations, items will be received the next working day after we despatch them. other destinations will take longer. Orders are not necessarily despatched on the same day we receive them. If we are very busy or the order comes in late or we need to clarify something with you, this can delay things. But, when we DO despatch your canvas you will receive it the next working day.

Items can only be returned to us if they are either not as described or faulty. If you need to return an item please use the contact section at the top of this page or phone us on 0800 612 9577 and speak to one of our advisors who will talk you through the process and issue you with an RMB number. The RMB number must be clearly displayed on the outside of the package. We cannot accept any returns that do not have an RMB number.Top of Page How can I get a refund?
If you order something in error and you are quick to contact us, we should be able to refund you fully. If you have ordered personal art and it has already been printed then we cannot issue a refund. If you ordered non personal art and it has not yet dispatched we can issue a refund. If non personal art item has already left us and you have changed your mind you will need to wait until you receive it before contacting us. You would need to send the item back to us at your own expense (see returns). Upon us receiving the item back in good condition we can issue a refund. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee. This will be discussed when you contact us.Top of Page I have been sent the wrong item what do I do now?
Firstly you need to contact us either by phone 0800 612 9577, email or using the contact section at the top of this page. Please do this as soon as possible and in any case within 48 hours of receiving the item. If the item was personal art and the mistake was yours then we are sorry but it's not possible to refund you. It is important that before making any orders for personal art, you are sure what you are ordering. Other non personal art items where the mistake was yours, we will accept back but we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee. Any mistakes made by us we will of course correct at our own cost.Top of Page I am an artist and I have work you may like to include on your site.
We are always looking to expand our range of artwork. If you are an artist and have created works that you think will fit in with our range then please email us firstname.lastname@example.org including a small jpg of your work. We answer all emails received. If we like the look of your submission we can discuss how to move forward. Please be aware though that we like to offer all artwork in a variety of sizes from small to large. Depending on the aspect ratio of your art we may need to print it up to 120cm x 76cm or even 150cm x 76cm (as a triptych). This means that you must have a high resolution version available. This can be discussed further when you submit an image, but there is no point in sending us a sample of an image when the largest size you have to offer can only print to A4 or A3.Top of Page How do gift vouchers work on wallfillers.com?
Wallfillers gift vouchers are an easy way to buy a canvas for someone when you don't know exactly what they want. We have gift vouchers of various values that match our canvas sizes. All canvases we supply have a delivery charge. When you buy the gift voucher you pay that charge at that time. This means it's really simple when the gift voucher is redeemed. The person redeeming the voucher just chooses the "Gift Voucher Redemption" option for the delivery and types in their unique voucher number and their address.Top of Page How do I know if my photograph is suitable to print?
Different styles and effects have different requirements. As a general rule no picture is TOO big so always send us the largest version of your digital photo, even then we may have to enlarge it to fit the requirements of the canvas. Most effects i.e. Pop Art or Graffiti work better on close-ups of people, whereas the simple Classic Enlargements looks good with any image. If you are going to post a photograph then, again, send us the largest one you have. We can scan any image from A4 size downwards but tiny photos don't give great results. If you are unsure then use the contact form at the top of this page to send us a message or phone us on 0800 612 9577 during normal office hours. Experience has shown us that most people expect miracles. Please do not expect miracles. We are only human and can only work with what we are given. We can work "wonders" but not miracles. For instance, photos from most camera phones are very poor and are not likely to give nice results.Top of Page Which file formats can you accept?
We can accept almost any format to print. jpg, tiff, bmp, ai, pdf, eps, psd. The main restriction is file size. All files MUST be no larger than 20mb. Depending on the content of the image you may struggle to keep it down to 20mb. That is why we recommend JPG. A JPG file at best quality is the most efficient way to upload your photo.Top of Page I'd like to prepare the image myself. Tell me all I need to know about sizes and resolution.
Firstly, you do not need to do ANY of this. This is what we do ourselves. All YOU need to do is send us your photo and let us worry about the sizing. What follows is ONLY for people who like to have a bit more control over how their canvas appears.
If you are familiar with photoshop etc and you would like to get your image ready for print yourself then you need to follow the guidelines below.
The frame sizes shown on the website are the measurements across the FRONT of the canvas. Images need to be larger than this so they can wrap around the edge. Our stretcher bars are 3.8cm deep. To allow for slight misalignments when stretching we add another 1cm to the image. Most of this extra 1cm is around the back but it prevents any white just showing down one edge if the canvas is slightly out.
What does that mean for you? It means you have to add 4.8cm of image per side on top of the frame size. So a 45x45cm canvas needs an image that is 54.6cm x 54.6cm.
You need to make sure that the main content of your image is within the 45x45cm and that just the background is in the extra 4.8cm. It can look odd if someone's elbow or is lost around the edge or if their head is off the top. Although sometimes this may be unavoidable or may be an artistic decision.
Try not to have edges that are a different solid colour to the front (This includes WHITE edges). It is almost impossible to stretch a canvas 100% straight and just 1mm out can make an edge colour show on the front and look bad. If you DO want edges a different colour then allow an extra 2mm so the front image/colour wraps slightly around the edge.
We print at 180dpi onto canvas so you will need to set your image dpi to this. If you are preparing an image to be printed on a 45x45cm canvas at our 180dpi your overall all image size in pixels will be 3869x3869. If your size in pixels is different then you have done something wrong.
If you are preparing an image for a rectangular canvas then it helps us if you rotate it so it's horizontal.
One last thing. Please add 3.7cm of white top and bottom (7.4cm in total). This helps us when we queue print jobs and leave enough gap for cutting. If you have any problems or need to know more then please use the contact us form at the top of this page or email email@example.com

Uncontrollable events and delays In case of delays caused by circumstances beyond the control of Wallfillers.com or Wallfillers.com suppliers. Wallfillers.com shall have the right to either suspend deliveries without notice or cancel the contract without liability. By way of illustration and not of limitation, the following are to be treated as uncontrollable events: strike, lockout, riot, revolution, mobilisation , war, epidemic, official regulations, transportation difficulties, working difficulties, machine breakdowns, fires, failure of suppliers, or other causes, whether similar or not.
a. Products supplied by Wallfillers.com are delivered at the risk of Wallfillers.com, unless a customer stipulates a special method of delivery, in which event products are delivered at the risk of the customer and an extra charge may be made for delivery.
b. Any stated delivery date constitutes only a warranty by Wallfillers.com to use reasonable endeavours to affect delivery by or about that date. No liability will be accepted by Wallfillers.com for failure to meet delivery dates, however caused.
c. In any event, any liability for loss or damage in the course of delivery shall in all circumstances whatsoever be limited (at the option of Wallfillers.com) to the repair or replacement of the Products concerned or to the crediting of the customer with the invoice value of such products.
d. In the event of damage, the customer must advise Wallfillers.com of any such damage, within two business days of delivery. No claim for damage will be allowed if advised beyond this time.
Copyright when we print YOUR photo By agreeing to these terms & conditions you are declaring that you are either the copyright holder or have appropriate permissions or rights to reproduce the image or images. Wallfillers or its parent company will not be held responsible for any legal claims arising from the printing of your photo. If we believe an image to be the property of someone other than yourself then we reserve the right to query this. We may ask for proof of ownership / image rights or we may terminate the contract of sale at our own discretion. If a sale is terminated in this manner then you will receive a full and prompt refund.
Your photos whilst in our possession While we at Wallfillers take every care possible when handling your original photos or artwork, we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage to them whilst in our possession You send any original photos or artwork to us at your own risk and on this understanding. All original photos and artwork will be returned to you with the finished canvas. If your canvas with it's original photos is lost in transit, Wallfillers or its parent company are only liable to replace the canvas or refund you the value of the order.
Canvas edges on bespoke work Unless specifically requested differently by you, we will, at our own discression (based on the image), use certain methods available to us to create enough image area to wrap around the sides of the canvas. These methods, may include but not restricted to, stretching an edge or edges of the image, mirroring an edge or edges of the image, cloning of the edges or leaving the edges white all round. Different images require different methods and work. You agree to let us do whatever WE feel is needed in the manufacture of your canvas.
